Refund policy

Digital products: all sales are final

Our planners, playbooks, templates, scripts and bundles are digital downloads, delivered instantly. Because they can't be returned once accessed, we don't offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on digital products, including if you change your mind or purchase by mistake.

When we'll make it right

We'll gladly help if:

• Your download didn't arrive or the link doesn't work: we'll resend it.

• A file is damaged or won't open: we'll send you a working copy.

• You were charged twice for the same item: we'll refund the duplicate charge.

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Merch (printed products)

Each merch item is printed on demand just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement.

Where the law requires otherwise

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
